Inclusive Programmes for Children, Young People and Families
CAPS offers a variety of activities designed to support autistic individuals in a relaxed, understanding environment.
CAPS offers a range of inclusive activities designed to support autistic children, young people and their families in a safe, welcoming environment. Our programmes focus on creativity, connection and building confidence while respecting each individual’s unique needs, interests and communication styles.
All activities are delivered in a relaxed and supportive setting by experienced facilitators who understand the importance of sensory awareness and inclusive practice.
Our weekly social clubs provide a friendly space where children and young people can take part in creative activities, games and group experiences. These sessions help build confidence, friendships and social connection in a calm and supportive environment.
CAPS hosts regular social mornings for parents, carers and family members. These gatherings offer a valuable opportunity to connect with others, share experiences and access support in a welcoming and understanding community.
Each year CAPS organises Easter, Summer and Halloween camps designed specifically for autistic children and young people. These camps include engaging activities, creative workshops and structured fun, all delivered in an inclusive and supportive setting.
Encouraging Creativity, Confidence & Connection
Many CAPS programmes focus on creative expression through art, movement, rhythm and play.
Our workshops allow participants to explore different creative activities in a relaxed environment without pressure or expectations.
These programmes are facilitated by experienced practitioners and supported by trained staff and volunteers who understand autism and sensory processing.
