A Community Built on Understanding and Support

CAPS – Cavan Autism Parents Support – was created by parents who recognised the need for accessible, local support for autistic children, young people and their families. Over the years, we have grown into a trusted community organisation, providing inclusive programmes in a safe, welcoming environment where individuals are supported to be themselves, build confidence and connect with others.

The Impact C.A.P.S. Has on Families Across Cavan

Behind every number is a child gaining confidence, a parent finding support, and a community coming together. These moments may seem small, but they make a real difference every single day.
